TLC GO will not open despite deleting and reinstalling and even resetting 9101X Smart Soundbar

I have removed and reinstalled TLC GO and even reset the entire 9101X Roku Smart Soundbar, but TLC GO will stop loading and freeze every time I run it.  It works fine with my other Rokus.  This one is SN: YL005K072596, software version 12.0.0, build 4184-95.  Other channels work fine.

We're sorry to hear about your screen stop loading and freezing, this is not what we aim for. We'd like to know how we can help. Have you tried to remove the channel and restarting your Roku device before adding the channel again?
If the issue still persists, can you provide us with the following information:

  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times).
  • Can you please send us a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing so that we can investigate it further?

Once we gather more information, we will be able to assist you further.
