I have tried everything to get youtube working. I have restarted, reinstalled, etc. I did delete the app and then restart and downloaded again after. I have unplugged and waited again. I have checked for updates. Nothing I do will work. At first it gave me a black screen but now it won't get past the youtube icon. Vizio TV. Roku Streaming Stick.

Thanks for sharing your issue about the YouTube app not opening.

We'd like to look closely into the issue, and share us with the following:

• Roku device model, serial number, and device ID (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Screenshot of the Tracker ID screen (press Home 5x, followed by Back 5x) How do I insert an image in a post?
• Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
