Subscribed for premium channels on the roku channel

I have subscibed for bet+ and starz channel, but everytime im gonna click play movie it doesnt seem to do anything so i cant watch anything on both channels.

We understand you're having a problem with the Bet+ and Starz channels. We're happy to help. Please try to update the channels by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates.
