I have tried turning on and off internet and ROKU, unplugged both etc. 

I keep getting the RLP-1006 error. 
no spectrum channels work. 

from what I can decipher, this is a Roku issue not spectrum. 

I can access the spectrum app on my phone with no problems.

Having the same issue. No local stations work. I have reset, unplugged, restarted, deleted and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Switched to Roku so I wouldn't have these issues. Roku blames spectrum, spectrum blames Roku. At a loss.

@Sss23and @Shelalala , have you restarted all of your Spectrum equipment (gateway/modem/router)?  It's a Spectrum issue.

I have shut down/restarted/rebooted/unplugged, etc.
