I just went thru this with new Roku TCL TV that worked fine for 5 months then all of a sudden dropped 75% of Spectrum channels. On call with Roku for an hour try everything they suggested to no avail.
Today I read up on issue and people suggest disconnecting router and modem and rebooting both. WELL THAT WORKED! Why didn’t Roku or Spectrum suggest that?!

@swilmet, what;s the model number of your Roku device that's displayed under Settings->System->About? If it doesn't show up when you search the "Streaming Store", it may not be compatible with your Roku device. Here's a link to it in the online channel store:
