Sinovison Channel no longer working

Jump to solution

The Sinovision channel comes up black when I try to watch it and it's been like this for at least a week now. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi, @hyan777.

Thanks for reaching out and for letting us know about the playback issues happening inside the Sinovision TV app on your Roku. We'd be happy to help you contact the right support for this.

It seems like you've already exhausted all the possible troubleshooting steps to no avail. In cases like this, we highly recommend coordinating this with the channel provider themselves as they manage and maintain their app inside the Roku streaming platform independently.

You may reach them here: Sinovision TV Support

We hope this will be sorted out soon and we appreciate you bearing with us in the meantime.

Best regards,
Carly

It sounds like there might be an issue with the Sinovision channel itself. Try removing the channel by going to Home > Channel options > Remove channel, then restart your Roku. After restarting, reinstall the channel from the Channel Store. If that doesn't work, it could be an issue on their end, so keeping an eye out for updates or contacting the channel's support might help.

Thanks for you response. I already did all that, removing the channel and restarting Roku. Where can I contact the channel's support?
