Season 2 episode 22 says TO BE CONTINUED but it goes straight to season 3 episode 1. The other half of episode 22 is not there.

Oh no! Sorry. I was referring to In the Heat of the Night on Roku.

Apparently, Season 3, episode 6 (S3E06 - Anniversary), is part 2 of the Season 2, episode 22 (S2E22 - Missing)
