We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue you have experienced with your Roku TV screen that darkens when lowering the adjusting the volume, and we'd like to collect further details so our team can investigate. Can you provide the details below:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Video or image referring to the issue.
In addition, we'd like to know if this issue is persistent when adjusting the volume through the Roku mobile app. To use the Roku mobile app as a remote, please refer to this support article on How to use the Roku mobile app to control your Roku streaming device.
