Totally agree! There are over 11 pages of complaints & nothing has changed.
They obviously morons and probably consider it a success
Hi Steven,
Thanks for your constructive comments.
They imply you got some kind of Roku response?
How? Does Roku get any of this?
Where's the techno abilities?
They usually want all you info to taylor your likes but have failed miserably!
Suggest they offer age and maturity level profile with DisLike Buttons to refine for a pleasant experience. Something like that would indicate they care, else They Don't Care What YOU want.
Thanks again
Rod
I got a badge,, wow. How satisfying.
I only come to community as the is No Other way to REACH ROKU!
Community comments (those of the Roku Users who take their precious time to try to improve things) seem to all agree to some extent that ROKU Add need to GO!
Roku having no Communication Channel for users to direct to Roku,, it Chicken Poop!
Cowards!
Smart companies impress customers but Roku (like most since online) have totally lost that common sense idea.
The Internet was going to be so great but regressed as much as it progresses.
We got a very long way to go and I'm not optimistic it can be done.
We're all just in these empty tanks of uselessness.
Maybe someone will create a new effective organization from it and make a dime.
Best to you guys, I'm done.

I mute the commercials each time they start. I am ready to go out and buy a different television just to shut it up. I have had this television for a year, and it is a pain. I like simple.
PARODY: SO DOSOMTHING ABOUT I T ALREADY!
I can think of one way to reach roku. Money.
We vote with our feet!
I’m just glad that I’m not alone in despising the yelling ads! Then they made another one featuring a new family yelling?! Please stop ✋
@Rodno Sorry if I gave you the impression I've had some kind of interaction with Roku Customer Service. But I have just been posting here, like everyone else, still absolutely stunned Roku and all its employees on these boards, have ghosted everyone! I mean c'mon, this is Business 101, or maybe even high school business, that keeping the customers you already have, is IMPORTANT!!
It takes a lot more effort, and cost, to bring in new customers than it is to maintain and please those who already are customers. Plus, satisfied customers will organically bring in more customers, as they will recommend the product to their friends, or via online reviews! Just think if everyone in this discussion were really happy with Roku's customer service, then instead of people becoming frustrated, pissed off, & talking about never buying or even throwing away their Roku products, those reading the comments would be inspired to buy and use more Roku products!
This is not rocket science: happy, satisfied customers means continual increases in the customer base, ie. more profits! SMH...
