Roku live tv channel guide not displaying correct information on certain channels

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We'd like to investigate this concern. Can you specify which channel or show has the incorrect information on Roku Live TV? A photo or a clip would be very helpful. Have you already performed a system restart on your device through settings?

I originally had live tv channels displaying incorrect information for years it was recently fixed a few months back now it’s displaying incorrectly once again. Why?

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
• List of channels you see mislabeled information.
