Roku is not using my entire tv screen

My Roku is only showing on the top left corner on my tv screen.

My Roku is only using the top left corner of my tv screen. Leaving me with a small viewing area. Any ideas ?

Thank you for replying. It started this morning. I have a Roku device. It’s not happening when I’m streaming on my tv, just Roku channels. I unplugged from tv ,but nothing changed . I will take screenshot.

I just turned it back on and it’s fixed! So unplugging must have worked after all 😎
