Not really. If you have multiple Roku devices linked to the same account , sometimes if you catch it early, you can look at one of the other device home screens and it will still be showing.
Otherwise, maybe you can look into the "Continue Watching" section on your Roku and it will jog your memory by lining up a show on a channel you are no longer seeing.
You can reinstall any removed channel easily by visiting the Roku Channel Store (either on device or online).
You may need to have to start taking the occassional screenshot (use phone camera) to remember which channels you have installed.
