My Roku will not cast to TV. I have done all the steps:
Checked HDMI
Checked Power
But still no picture or allows me to go to the home screen. When I unplug the unit and replug the Roku dancing logo comes on but goes away and gives a no source message even though all is connected correctly.
I tried to reset by holding the button for up to 20 seconds and it stays the same (does not blink like article says.). I purchased this unit about in March of 2023 so it is basically new.
Please provide any solutions, would be greatly appreciative.

@Restrepo What Roku device do you have? Are you powering the device from a wall outlet or using the USB port on your TV?
I have a Roku Express 4K+ model number 3941X.
I have a Roku Express 4+ and I have it connected to the wall with the power cord that came with unit.
I am using the supplied power cable and it’s connected to the wall.

@Restrepo, do you have another TV you can try it on? Do you have another USB power adapter from a phone or tablet you can try? The only other thing I could suggest is to hold the reset button in longer - with the power connected, hold it in for no less than 30 seconds. If it still doesn't work, it's probably time to look into a warranty replacement:
