Hi,
I recently bought a new Roku device in the UK. I set up my account in the UK, as was the previous Roku, where all UK channels were available. There are no UK channels on the new device (running on same UK set up account).
I have read all the other similar posts, all suggesting device or account bought in US. This is not the case here.
Can anyone suggest a solution?

Did you set up a new Roku account for the new device or is it linked to the same account you used on the "previous Roku"?
