If Roku is in talks with government and businesses there, you won't find anything about it on the Support Forum. Perhaps on the Roku Blog after they secure the necessary deals, if and when such negotiations take place. Even then, probably only after the deal is done and you see it posted in news articles. But here on the user support forum? No.
