Channels & viewing

I just bought a Roku Streaming Stick 4K because my Fire stick could no longer access Disney Plus and did not work for Max or Paramount+.  I've been able to set up all my channels except for Disney+.  Online, the Disney app asks for a code displayed on the screen (there is no code on the screen).  On the TV, it asks for the Disney+ password, but the remote has no way to enter it.  The remote does accept voice commands, but they do not work to login here.  When I try to use the voice command, it keeps trying to load Spotify.  I spent over 2 hours trying to solve this problem and even chatted with someone online at Disney+.  They told me it was a Roku issue.  I restarted the remote, deleted the channel from my lineup, reloaded the channel, and it still did not work.  I could not find any way to access an online chat or call for support on the Roku page.  This model was made in 2021 and it is still listed as a supported device on the Disney+ app.  Any other suggestions?

Are you doing this?

On the screen where it asks for the password, use the directional keys to highlight the password entry field.  Press OK on the remote to bring up the virtual on-screen keyboard.
