I’m trying to add streaming app free on someone else’s Roku device, but I do not know their Roku pin and they don’t either. Is there a general pin that I can use to go into guest mode without factory, resetting

The Roku account owner can log into their online dashboard at https://www.roku.com/ or https://my.roku.com/account and change their pin.

After logging into the dashboard, it is located under Device Settings (Pin/Parental Controls).
