I keep losing the channel information
I have checked for updates, restarted the device, reset to factory settings still the problem persists
if I switch between channel number and Roku recommended channel list they reappear and disappear a short while later and I have to change to channel number again for them to appear again and after a while they disappear again

Why do I keep getting No Information when I try to view what's on a channel. I have unplugged and re-plugged in my Roku, I have Roku Express . This has been going on for days now. I have checked for updates and as of today I have version 14.1.4 and build 7709. I have also restarted several times. I do not have cable I use an indoor antenna. My internet connection is fine. Once I restart then the screen shows the channel line up and information but if I leave Roku and go to my antenna viewing and come back to Roku I get NO INFORMATION again.
This has been happening to me too since Monday or so. The programming information lasts about a half hour. If I reset my Roku, the information comes back, but 30 minutes later it disappears again. Very annoying. I tried updating software twice, but that didn't help.
This is the information I got after pressing Home 5 times then Back button 5 times.

This is NOT resolved. Look at all the folks having the same problem. It is evident that is at ROKU's end and not the consumer. Check your programming ROKU. Someone in your IT department must be sleeping.
"no information" problem keeps coming up time after time. Also, suddenly there appears Tiles above the guide when before there were none, just the guide. Something updated and messed this all up?

SAME THING HERE!
The software says it was not updated, but it WAS updated. The device shut down by itself one day, then when it came back on the Tiles were above the guide and the "no information" issue started up.

I´m in El Salvador and using Roku Express+ (3710 series) device. From quite some time, i can´t see Roku Channel or live channels. Are there some country restriction? Hardware isue? I have no problems with Netflix and other apps.
