How can I install Amazon Prime app on my Roku 3820EU? It is not listed in the Streaming Apps menu. I do not have a search function on my Roku neither (how can I add it?). My software version is 14.1 and my device ID is S09241DLPE0J.

Where are you located? Some features and apps will not be available in regions/countries Roku doesn't officially support.
