Roku LIVE TV not synchronized

When I select Roku Live TV, regardless of the channel, the audio and video are not synced. It's very annoying to watch the news—local or national—and see the lips not synced with the voice. Why is this happening, and is there any way to correct this?

Thanks for reporting this to us. We'd like to suggest some steps to help you resolve this.

Kindly reboot your Roku device by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart. Let's see if this will make any difference.
