Thanks for informing us about the hardware issue you've discovered on your Roku Express. We'd be happy to help you determine the cause of this and find you the best resolution possible.
In order to narrow down the cause of the issue, we would appreciate it if you could share with us additional information such as the following:
- Are you referring to the HDTV antenna? If not, is this a display type that you can enable from Settings > Display Type?
- Does this happen when you only connect an antenna to your TV where your Roku Express is currently plugged into?
If this is the case, please be informed that you can't use your Roku Express device to stream your OTA Live TV channels. It may also be the possible reason why your Roku Express device flickers.
If we misunderstood your concern, kindly provide us with more details so we can better assess it.
