@Imemine For me the problem is in the final nineteen positions in the list. So I wonder if, with your 26 channels, do you have any problems with first seven (or so) positions or are all your problems also with the bottom 19 positions?
@denhow It's with anything below the first row which is Roku media player Roku channel and then I have YouTube up there. Anything else I try to change below that or switch out switches but then goes right back to the position then it had before I changed it. So I would say I'm having problems with 23 apps and their position
@Imemine Ah well. There goes that guess. Thanks!
It could be model-related I guess. I've never experienced this, but then I've never had an Express 4K+.
I feel like I should update this thread because I no longer have this problem. I never saw any acknowledgement of this issue from Roku, but they have fixed it now. At least for me!
Mine are not moving randomly anymore but they won't stay in place when I want to put them where I want them they switch back so they haven't fixed that for me
Hi @Imemine,
Thanks for keeping us posted!
We'd love to assist you further on your issue. Please try to unplug your Roku device and TV for 3 to 5 minutes, then plug them back in.
If the problem still persists, please let us know.
All the best,
John
Ours has been moving around, reshuffling randomly on its own since May June :023.
still doing it. Often channels won’t move & stay stuck where we try to move them to. Totally random.
They move on their own.
OBVIOUSLY a Roku system bug.
Resetting to factory is NOT an acceptable fix — does not work anyway. That suggestion should be a LAST RESORT for anyone who has entered tons of channels & account info & many passwords.
Basic info, but just to be sure...
When you move a channel to a new position, are you pressing OK to lock the position in?
Here it is 10 months later and it’s still not resolved
