Find app > install app (Rock Movie) > try to play any movie it has - doesn’t load, doesn’t error, doesn’t do anything but send you to the screen you originally were on.
not sure what else you need for information as this was explained prior.
if this app does not work at all in Roku why do you allow it for over 2 years with the same problem?
