@jerameezI was just about to start a new topic until I saw your post.

Doesn't matter what browser I use on Windows 10.

The latest version of Chrome and Firefox both have the same results.

When watching the The Rich Eisen show on TheRokuChannel in my browser I have to constantly reload the page or go back to the homepage of TheRokuChannel and start over.

Most of the time it happens during the ads but I had it happen during the live show and replays.

I don't have any ad blockers running on my browsers, pc or router.

It happens so frequently now I stop watching the show when it happens.

Yup, Any browser, extensions and ad block off and still at every commercial. Its bad enough and annoying enough that I'll just stop watching sometimes.

I have the same problem while watching the Rich Eisen Show. I have to refresh many, many times during the show. It's very frustrating. How do I notify Rich Eisen about this? I'm sure he may have lost many viewers because of this.

So this is still happening and I posted this over 3 weeks ago. I like the default reply but I know its all talk. Are you going to look into this for real or should I just move on to another show or resort to other means to watch? Great service so far JohnB

Yes, this is still happening to me as well. It's very annoying. I tried to notify Rich Eisen via Facebook and You Tube comments but I received no reply. I even tried to uninstall/reinstall the Roku channel and that doesn't help. Maybe I should try to call into the show. What do you think?
