Same thing for me. Watching republic of Doyle ep1.7. My only choice is to sign up for acorn. If I try to go to ep1.7, it reverts to showing ep1.2 on roku with ads. 

Do just answer this. No more streaming Doyle on Roku with ads? The only way is to PAY for acorn?

We'd be more than happy to assist you with this. Just to clarify, are you having playback issues when you're trying to stream the series Republic of Doyle under The Roku Channel? Is it playing the wrong content, or does it have any missing episodes? If so, kindly let us know. Furthermore, you can also stream it on Freevee, Distro TV, Spectrum, etc. You can search for the series by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll down and look for the Search option.
