1) Disable framerate switching: Settings/System/Advanced system settings/Advanced display setting/Auto adjust display refresh rate=disabled - try again
2) Manually configure display: Settings/Display type=4K HDR/4K/1080p/720p (do not use auto) - try again
I had the "Video Not Available" issue and fixed it by changing the audio settings on the Roku. In Settings>Audio>HDMI, I switched from "Auto detect" to "PCM-Stereo" and the videos started playing fine. Hopefully this will work for you as well.
This worked! Thank you very much for your help!
EUREKA!! *happy dance*
BOOM! Thanks for posting. This worked for me, weird that the audio wouldn't allow the video to play...
Still doesn't work
Audio settings fixed it for me also.
Some additional detail in case it’s helpful to the tech support team. For me at least, this was only an issue with the Apple TV original content.
Model: 3810X - Roku Streaming Stick+
Version: 10.0.0 build 4209-50

@Roku- this and other solutions should be discussed and added.
Other solutions I read:
1) Change Apple stream to check off Standard Definition
2) Ensuring WiFi is 5mgh
Thanks for this one!
