Provider icons not displaying when choosing a streaming program

After searching for a program to stream, the provider icons don't appear on the show's page (see attached).

I have checked my Internet connection and it is "Excellent" (the modem is right next to the TV), my Roku's software is all up to date, and I did a system restart.

Re: Provider icons not displaying when choosing a streaming program

Hi @nsiebold,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thank you for bringing to our attention that the Matlock content provider icon is not showing. We also appreciate you providing a photo and the troubleshooting steps you have tried. No worries, help is here.

We would like to take a closer look into this issue. Could you please tell us which channel you are trying to access for this content? Additionally, have you checked other content aside from Matlock and other channels?

We look forward to your response.

Cheers,
Riamie

Re: Provider icons not displaying when choosing a streaming program

This happens whenever you select any program for streaming by first using the Search function on the Home Page.  All provider icons display a grey missing image icon.  This problem is not provider or program specific.  When I try to move the cursor down to the provider icons, the cursor immediately jumps to the Cast & Crew icons (which display correctly).

This began happening a couple of weeks ago.

Re: Provider icons not displaying when choosing a streaming program

Hi @nsiebold,

Thanks for your response!

We appreciate you for providing more information about this issue. We would like to try the following troubleshooting steps below:

Reset your Network Settings:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select Advanced System settings
  4. Select Network connection reset
  5. Select Reset connection

After restarting your internet connection, your device will restart and you have to connect it again to the internet. If the issue persists please provide us with the following details:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings System About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

Please keep us posted.

Cheers,
Riamie
