Prime Video Channel Not Showing Number of Stars

In the past couple of days, I've noticed that the Prime Video Channel on all my Rokus no longer shows the number of stars for videos like it used to. I really liked being able to see the number of stars reviewers had given to videos and would really like to get it back. I've checked all the settings and searched online for answers. Has anyone else noticed this and is there a fix?

Re: Prime Video Channel Not Showing Number of Stars

Hi @kandjs,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We get that you are no longer seeing the number of start reviews on Prime Video app content. We're here to assist you with this.

After checking the application, we confirmed that the star reviews are still visible on Prime Video. To resolve any potential issues you might be experiencing, we recommend that you first uninstall the Prime Video app from your Roku device. Once that is done, please restart your Roku. This process often helps to refresh the system and may resolve any glitches you are facing.

To remove an app and restart the device please follow the steps below:

  • Remove the channel:
Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press
Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.

Note: If you are removing a subscription channel billed to your Roku account, you must cancel the subscription before you see the Remove channel option. For help identifying this type of subscription channel, read the detailed article about removing a channel.

  • Restart your Roku device:
Kindly press Home on your Roku remote > Scroll and select Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
  • Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

Note: If you are adding a subscription channel billed to your Roku account, you will need to resubscribe.

We hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if the issue persists.

Regards,
Riamie
