Since the last update in late October 2023 the report a problem feature in the star key app menus has been missing. Meanwhile apps have been crashing and other problems have occurred, with no way to quickly report errors and issues.

On the other hand, have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating from Settings > System > Power > System restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
