I am unable to stream anything on paramount plus app.
It lets me login, and view shows, but whenever I select them, I get a black screen with a blue spinning circle.
All other apps work just fine and my internet speed is 500mbps
I have rebooted, restarted, redownloaded and nothing has fixed it.
So I found the problem on my end which was vaguely mentioned somewhere in the Roku site. My router, (we have fiber optic Internet,) was blocking it somehow with the ad blocker built into the eero router software. I went in and turned it off and the Paramount Plus app on the Roku tv started working immediately.
Wow Skyziz, that is what was happening with me also. I turned off the ad blocker on my eero app and it fixed the problem. Thank you for the information! This has been driving me crazy for a few days now. 👍👍👍

There is no need to get all of that information from every Roku device that I have. EVERYONE HERE IS EXPERIENCING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. It doesn’t matter what there IP address or model number is. IT IS YOUR ROKU SERVICE!!!

The last time this worked for me was 11/12/24.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select profile. PASS
2. Select icon for the program to watch. PASS.
3. Select button for "Watch Now." PASS
4. New screen is black with the exception of a blue outlined circle that spins until the user gives up trying.
