It seems like this could be a subscription issue. The Paramount Plus app offers premium subscriptions that are ad-free. Do you have an active subscription to this app? If so, does your subsection come with ad-free?
If your Paramount Plus subscription is billed via Roku, you can check this on the website. After logging into your Roku account, go to My Subscriptions, and it's under Active Subscriptions.
