My email address is the same for the subscribed channel (Paramount+) as my Roku account. Paramount+ has worked fine without issue UNTIL Paramount+ has been offered on the Roku Channel. Please fix your service. I can stream Paramount+ fine on the Paramount+ app on iPhone and on the web browser. It is ONLY on your Roku device that I and many others are having problems
@Al_S, if you have a subscription directly with Paramout+, use their stand-alone app. Don't try to access it on "The Roku Channel". They're not the same thing.
I am using the stand alone app - NOT on the Roku channel. I never indicated otherwise

I submitted the screen shots (Task ID, app version) requested. So yeah I CLEARLY indicated that the service is broke to stream stand alone apps which work just fine on web and iPhone.

@Al_S You clearly did not indicate which app you were using. If you expect to get help it might be best to drop the attitude. Do you want help or just complain. YOU did not indicate which!!!
