I have a TCL brand with Roku built in and a new Roku brand tv……both TV’s will not change stations on antenna tv. Started this morning. 11-21-24. So not an antenna issue since both TV’s have different antenna.

I fixed the Pause\Changing channel issue with a factory reset. Took a while to set everything up again but it works now!

Update…..as of 10:00 CST both tv’s will now change channels on antenna tv. Nice to know it wasn’t my issue but I sure wasted a couple hours trying to make it work correctly. My Roku TV is brand new so hope it is not something that happens again.

I am facing the same issue since 11/20/24.  When I change channels, I remain watching the previous channel even though it says it is the new channel.

I'm fearful of doing factory reset since it is happening to more than myself. 

Roku must have made some change to the software, and I believe they need to correct this.  How can we get them involved in this issue?

Glad to see I'm not the only one with the same problem.  Changing channels was not a problem until yesterday afternoon,  now I have to change the channel to the channel I want to watch,  back out of the app (pain in the  back side) then press OK to watch the show.  

Roku needs to fix this issue.
