I live on Guam and was able to watch Paramount Plus but now it's saying not available in this region and I tried on my phone but that says technical difficulties. I have tried rebooting everything and uninstalling and installing but nothing works. With the Roku channel it's not even playing, I click on an episode and it will show it's loading and then go back to where the seasons are for the show. This is frustrating already .

You might try looking up your IP address at some of the IP to Location sites. I'm guessing that whichever one Paramount Plus uses is showing your IP address as in the wrong country. When you find which service(s) is/are wrong, they usually have a feedback/update form where you tell them that their address is wrong. When I've looked up my own location on my previous ISP, some services were fairly accurate and some were off by thousands of miles. My current ISP has been much more stable in this regard.
