(Perhaps a picture of the invoice would be useful, as I would assume it says what it is for.)

To the best of my knowledge, Roku does not sell a lifetime ANYTHING. 

Scammers people find on the internet when searching for Roku links sell all sorts of bogus stuff to unsuspecting victims, though.
