I was able to get a refund - although we have to wait 5-7 business days - its was processed- call 1-816-272-8106 to talk to Customer Care rep.
They refunded my money at that number as well... didn't take long to get to a rep either...now to see if I can get my money back from the dazn app because I freaking purchased it thru there as well🤦🏻♂️. If anyone knows that number for their customer service I'd appreciate it...it's no where on their site...go figure lol
Same issue here with amazon, paid $91 first time then $60 second time hoping to get 1st refund Monday lol. Still Was unable to watch!

I'm about to scrap my Roku I'm so disgusted right now I can't imagine losing $91 I feel so bad for you guys but I know that suddenly I've had to use a hotspot the same Wi-Fi or the same router puts out the hotspot and I didn't realize that until like 2 and 1/2 weeks into messing with it and messing with it messing with it after I just subscribed to a whole bunch of channels and it's over $40 worth of monthly payment that I have content that I've been not accessing or able to access because I haven't been able to get online until I just realized I can do hotspot but still that's sucking my data down that I didn't want to have to do or use anyhow I'm just so fed up with all this **bleep** because they are really getting to the point where my hard-earned money is literally getting flushed down the toilet and they don't care at all they're sneaky too I've had enough and when I saw these posts about the $91 for the people that tried to get the fight I just felt half sick for you guys so I just wanted to comment throw my two cents out there and complain
