To assist you further, could you please let us know which Roku device you are using, when the issue occurs, and the current OS version of your Roku device? (You can find this in Settings > System > About.)
In the meantime, we suggest trying a different app to see if the problem continues. You might also consider uninstalling and reinstalling the Crave app, ensuring it’s updated to the latest version.
