Thank you for informing us about the missing OTA Live TV channels on your Roku. We'd be happy to help you find the best resolution for this. 

Please be informed that the team is aware of this and is currently in the process of investigation. With this being said, we'd like to include your affected Roku device for review. Kindly share the following details:

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

Hi Carly,

I'm having the same issue as most in here.  meTOONS was added to the antenna line-up, and meTV disappeared. We've scanned multiple times but the Roku can't find meTV or its former channel 13.3
