Long story with Official Roku support on this one. I called Roku support first, but they couldn't solve it, so referred me to Max. Basically, after calling Max, was informed that Roku support knows there is a problem with Max app, but didn't inform me on our phone call. Instead wasted my time going through a tedious problem-solving algorithm which accomplished nothing......because it's a compatibility problem between the platforms that Roku and Max are already working on.
