Hola descargue la aplicación de Paramount Plus y no funciona. Se queda solo la pantalla en negro y en la esquina superior izquierda aparece el logo de Paramount Plus

I understand that you are unable to access the Paramount plus and only see a black screen, is that correct?
We recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues: Follow these steps in order:
1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2. Next, restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. (For Roku TV Settings>System>Power>System restart)
3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

Tengo el mismo problema. Y no es posible eliminar la aplicación, al desplegar el menú no da opción para eliminar. Restauré de fábrica para ver si se solucionaba, y nada. Sigue igual. Pantalla negra con el logo de Paramount en la parte superior izquierda.

Do you observe this behavior while using any other channel(s) on your device?
As a first step, we recommend to try removing any channel you observe this issue on from the Roku home screen. Then, restart your device. Once it loads up again, add the channel back once more and try playing content again.
Please be noted that the subscription must first be canceled before the channel can be removed from your Roku device.

Como dije, restauré de fábrica para intentar solucionarlo, reinstalé la aplicación y el problema persiste. De momento no tengo problemas con otra aplicación, solamente con Paramount.
He probado esa opcion y tampoco funciona.

No. No hay solución. Y hasta perdí los supuestos tres meses de prueba que dan que, como nunca pude hacer funcionar la aplicación, ya caducaron, y sin usarlos.
