I clicked on Shop Products->streaming players, picked one, then I clicked add to cart, then when the popup appeared, I clicked view cart. (Or you can click on the cart icon in the upper right.)
Seems pretty easy, but if you are not in an area served by the Roku store (which might only be the US??) then it might be harder.
