No Search Bar for Roku Express 4K+ in US

Yes, I am in the US, a Roku-supported territory. Yes, I updated and restarted the system. Where is the search bar?

There is no search bar in the Roku Express. There is no search bar on the Roku website. What is going on?

When you go to https://channelstore.roku.com/browse scroll all the way to the bottom and see what country is displayed in the bottom right corner.
