New home screen doesn't work

Last evening I turned on the TV and saw a new home screen.  It doesn't work, that  is nothing on my Ultra remote works.  Then after about 2 or 3 minutes it reverts back to the "old, regular" home screen and everything works as usual.   What is going on?
