I am watching a movie and suddenly it switches by itself to a different streaming on Netflix. I used Roku Express 4K+. No one in the family pressed the Netflix button on the remote.

For clarification, are you watching a different movie from another channel and it will suddenly switch to the Netflix app? When the Netflix channel launches, does it automatically plays a movie or just the Netflix home screen? Please provide us as well the troubleshooting you've tried so we know what steps we should take next.
