Netflix not latest App Version

I spoke with Netflix and the latest version is 2024; the version on my Roku is 2018; I really think Roku should allow it's streamers to have the latest version of Netflix; then maybe crashes would stop!!

Exactly what model Roku do you have? You can go to settings/system/about to get the model number.

Roku is only responsible for The Roku Channel. It's up to the developers/services to write and support their own apps.
