Netflix keeps reverting to roku home on 3710x

Netflix issues on 3710x device. Very slow loading. Once it loads and I begin watching a program in a series and it shows go to next episode, Netflix closes and reverts back to the Roku Home Screen. 

Netflix is the only app that does this.

I've done all the recommended resets. I have 2 other rokus and have no issues. I also 

 

Just an FYI this is Netflix basic with no ads. Is this a Roku device or a Netflix issue?

Could you tell us a bit more about this? If you are powering the gadget, are you connecting it directly to a power source on the wall or to the USB port on the television?

In addition, we'll need additional information to better understand the reason for this. Could you please provide us with the details below?

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) mobile device brand, model, and OS
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
  • Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing.
  • Errors that you are experiencing on screen.
  • Can you provide a video or screenshot of the issue you're experiencing?

We'll be looking forward to your response.
