I am able to sign in to NFL+. I can play everything except for replay games. When I try to replay it switches back to the Roku home page.
First, check for updates by highlighting the channel/app on the Home Screen, pressing * on your remote, and choosing "Check for updates". If there is one, hopefully it will fix the problem.
If that doesn't work, try removing the channel/app by highlighting it on the Home Screen, pressing * on your remote, and choosing "Remove channel". Then restart your Roku device from Setting->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate), and add the channel again. You should have to sign in again. It's the restart that clears out any potentially bad information the channel has stored, so don't skip that step or do the steps in any other order.
The last thing to try is to restart all of your network equipment (gateway/modem/router) even though other devices are working, and then restart your Roku device.
Hopefully one of these will do the trick.
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I have tried all of those things more than once but still the same. I can open the replays on my pc, laptop, and bedroom TV. the bedroom TV has a newer Roku unit so perhaps the problem is with the Roku 4 unit. Roku does not support the 4 anymore so I don't know if that comes into play. It worked a few days ago!
This morning I swapped the Roku from the bedroom and it works fine so it must be something in recent firmware update on the Roku 4 perhaps...
The NFL+ page on supported devices merely says:
NFL+ has been tested and optimized for the following devices:
iOS 13+ iPhone
iOS 13+ iPad
tvOS 13+ Apple TV
Android 7+ Phone
Android 7+ Tablet
Android 7+ TV
AndroidTV
AppleTV
Roku
FireTV
Xbox Series S
If your device is not listed here, the functionality of NFL+ may be limited.
.. but it gives no indication of WHICH Roku models it has been "tested and optimized for".
