I have a Roku 3600x for sale.

So I went through the steps

unlink my Fios account,

remove the nbc sports channel,

cleared the Roku cache,

added the nbcsports channel back after reboot,

linked my Fios account

and it looks like I’m good right now. 

I had to do the same thing on my other Roku as well, but had to remove the nbc channel and the nbc sports channel before clearing the cache. 

it’s sad it took this long to resolve, but I’m glad it’s working now.

Is the cache in settings? I don't know the steps to clear it? Sorry if this has been discussed

it will feel like the Roku is hung for a bit but will reboot after a minute or so.

Guess what!! I tried all those gyrations a month ago and it never worked. (Unlink, Link, delete App, Re add APP, etc) Once a solution was announced I didn't need to anything in the end. It just started working. What a farce this whole thing was.

We're sorry to hear that you are seeing the issue again with the channel. Do you have the updated version of the channel? We suggest following the steps below:

• On your Roku home screen, scroll to the channel you want to update.
• Press the star button on your Roku remote.
• In the pop-up that opens, select Check for updates.
