im not far off from dropping the multiple roku’s I have. Need to find a suitable replacement for the stream bar.
The Amazon fire stick works perfectly in a Roku TV. It's my work around for now. And it's cheaper than buying several new TVs.
I was one of the original posters here and have been following along. Maybe I'm just a cynic, but I'm guessing Roku does give a rat's **bleep** about this ticket. We already purchased a Roku - they have our money. Why care now?
Plus the Capitals are out of the playoffs so I'm watching ESPN now anyways. Maybe next year.

I called the NBC Sports Gold support line: 833-888-6227
Refused to just "put in a ticket on the app" again. They were just as worthless as the support we're getting here. I tried until I almost lost my voice to get the guy who answered to give me another phone number to call but all he kept saying was to go into the app and submit a ticket.
I so wish I'd never bought a Roku device and a Roku TV.

Please, all, call that number! I had to leave voicemail, the person who answered sent me to the viewer comment line.
I just called and got a live person who put me thru to viewer comment voicemail. Everyone should do this! There is power in numbers! We are not crazy and we as a group deserve to have this problem fixed. Being forced to buy another device when we have already purchased a Roku is consumer fraud and we should not settle for this just because we can find a work around. Hold these corporations accountable!!!
