@danny Roku issue is still not fixed. So please DO NOT mark this problem SOLVED. There has to be a solution and not a work around.

This issue has NOT been resolved.
I unlinked the app from my provider. Removed the app from my Roku, restarted the Roku via clearing the cache method (5 x home, up, 2 x rwd, 2 x ffwd), added the channel back in, linked to my provider and am still getting the error.
what was changed to make the roku team think the issue was resolved?

Tried everything removing , restarting, updating , unlinking from cable provider Verizon...then reloading Roku, NBC sports app and relinking to cable provider .....nothing totally frustrated.....plus sending reports to Roku
Same here. Giants game starts in less than 30 min and nothing has changed.
Still unable to watch on the Roku.
